Thomas Flynn, CEO
Thomas F. Flynn is the CEO of Flynn Management Corporation. Tom earned a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. Tom has worked in the field of property management for 29 years. Tom is licensed in both Florida and Georgia as a Real Estate Broker and is also General Contractor in Florida. Tom is a board member of C.A.R.H. (Council for Affordable Rural Housing). He is currently the President of the Florida C.A.R.H. Tom was recognized as C.A.R.H.’s member of the year in 2003.

Kevin Flynn, CPM®, President
Kevin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Building Contractor. Kevin also holds the designations of C3P, for LIHTC compliance, and S.T.A.R. for knowledge of FmHA 515 regulations. He has earned the title of Certified Property Manager (CPM®), awarded by the Institute for Real Estate Management. Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors for C.A.R.H. and is the Management Committee Chairperson.

Carol Hildebrandt, Occupancy Specialist
Carol has spent the last 15 years as the Occupancy Specialist for FMC. She has been with Flynn Management for 26 years, holding numerous responsibilities throughout the company. Carol holds the S.T.A.R. designation and has attended various Fair Housing seminars and compliance workshops.

Elaine Hewitt, Human Resources & Accounting
Elaine graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Business Administration and earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from George Williams College. She has been a member of the Flynn Management team for 12 years. Elaine holds the designations of C3P, for LIHTC compliance and S.T.A.R. for knowledge of FmHA 515 regulations. She has attended various Fair Housing and compliance seminars.
