Before processing your Application for Residency, we need to receive your payment for your Application Fee and Security Deposit :
Application Fee
1 applicant – $30
2 applicants – $35Security Deposit:
One month’s rent.
Please contact the Apartment Manager for the exact amount to submit.
You can submit payment online via Credit Card, Paypal, or send your payment by check or money order by mail.
