About Us
Flynn Management Corporation is responsible for providing property management to 54 apartment complexes totaling over 2100 units throughout Florida and Georgia. The properties are made up of conventional apartments, USDA-RD and LIHTC projects. Thomas F. Flynn served on the national board of directors of the Council for Affordable Rural Housing (CARH). Flynn Management also is a member of the State of Florida CARH and the State of Georgia CHRD (Council for Housing and Rural Development).
